Der Empfang, die Lage und das Zimmer selbst haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Hinzu kam ein fantastisches Abendessen und ein ebenso großartiges Frühstück im Restaurant mit außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen Service. Insgesamt hervorragend und top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Im Ort und ein kleines bisschen auch im Hotel roch es etwas schwefelig, was natürlich aufgrund der Lage nicht wirklich überraschend ist.

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy sights around Unzen area. We have neve ever had such a spacious, big room in Japan. Usually hotel rooms in Japan are very small. Breakfasts/dinners are superb! Lounges to have drinks (coffe/tea/whisky-free of charge) in evenings on the rooftop are very comfortable. If you have children they would enjoy playing various games. The view at geysers from you room's window is unforgettable!
