Very friendly staff, a clean, tidy, and modern hotel, the rooftop pool is fantastic, the wellness and sauna are a dream, the food is good, and everything deserves praise. If we get the chance, we’ll definitely come back again.

The staff are brilliant from the cleaner who was fantastic with our room to the ladies in reception special one lady that helped so much when booked taxi didn't show could have missed flight.i have traveled a lot most European countries . Asia and Africa . these people deserve a medal 🏅
This is being picky.pillows are like bullets.and breakfast ok .there is only so much cold scrambled egg and sausage you can take plus soaky bacon.there are no hot plates there is cheese ham fruit bread having been around Venice area 5 times it's normal.did effect my stay a big no.
