Es war Standard, oft bemüht- aber manchmal auch sehr unfreundlich. Sie waren lösungsorientiert - weil wir über booking.com ein familienzimmer gebucht haben und booking com hat aber bei der Hotelbuchung nur Doppelzimmer lt Hotel angezeigt. Bei meiner Buchung stand aber Familienzimmer. Sie haben eingesehen, das man nicht in einen Doppelbett (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) genug Platz hat.
Klopapier und Handtücher haben gefehlt- nach urgenz- auch nicht gekommen… Standard familienzimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen- sehr alt. Komfort familienzimmer war dafür gut. Achtung - da es quasi auf der einkaufsstrasse liegt - ist es natürlich sehr laut in der Nacht…
