I chose Nikola apartment for the space and it was really spacious which I like. There are 2 bedrooms so for a 2+1 or 2+2 family no one needs to sleep in the living room which by the way is quite big too. The downstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms if you need more :-) The kitchen was equipped with lots of dishes, cups, mugs, cutlery etc so you could run the dishwasher every few days when it filled up a bit. There was even a guitar there but I sadly forgot all the chords I knew ages ago so I left it alone :)
The stone grill actually does exist and is OK ;-) (I think the photos from when I booked it were old, before it was built, maybe they are updated when you're reading this).
The hosts are very nice, they welcome you with a bowl of fresh figs from their garden waiting in the fridge. I once even noticed the owner rinsing my car with a garden hose which was really nice an my car was actually very dirty that day because I had driven a mountain macadam road to Libinjska kosa the day before. On the very same day on our way to the beach we actually saw a few more hosts in Razanac doing the same so it may be some hospitable local habit there :-)
The beach is 5-6 minutes of reasonably energetic walk away (probably a bit faster down than back up, especially when it gets hot and you're tired :-) ) which was not a problem for us.
All was fine for us. We noticed a few discrepancies in the booking.com description of the apartment but nothing that I could make fuss about.

Simple, spacious place, even with a dishwasher and a washing machine, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice hosts, we even got figs from the garden. Close to the Ražanac beach, but a great place to explore the sand beaches around with kids (Nin, Ljubac, Vrsi, Posedarje).
