The owners living downstairs were nice, unobtrusive. The garden is well maintained. You can park directly at the terrace. Calm, safe place with little to no traffic. Fourth line from the seaside, about 10-15mins walking to the beach. Razanac has good tourist infractructure (shops, restaurants, etc), but on the other hand it attracts more people. Separate bedroom with balcony, children bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Entrance to appartment is a bit cumbersome, you go upstairs and have to bend a bit not to hit the ceiling. Especially for tall people this may be a factor.

Spacious and very clean apartment. Only 5 minutes walk to the sea. Very nice and helpful owners.
In the kitchen was every equipment what we need and there was a still hot water.
In the children's room is not an air conditioning and it's impossible to be cooled.

Questions before our stay were quickly answered by our host. We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. In the fridge were more drinks and some fruits.
The apartment was small, but perfect for people spending most of the time on the beach. Beautiful spots only 5-10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very very clean. Comfortable beds and nice balcony. We were offered delicious fresh grapes from the garden and the host offered to do our laundry!
