Fantastic panoramic location! Exceptional house, view, and amenities!

The house had a beautiful courtyard and view over the town. The room was lovely and spacious with a traditional wooden ceiling. This has been our favourite accommodation in Bulgaria. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful town.

We really struggled to find the property. Apple Maps directed us up narrow cobblestone streets that eventually turned into a dirt track on the opposite side of the valley. Then the property address was the address for a historic house. Google Maps eventually got us there, but the exterior photo of the house on booking.com was not visible from the street and we went to the neighbour’s house as this appeared to be the ‘correct’ colour - the neighbour pointed us in the right direction. The label on the gate of the house was in Bulgarian and we couldn’t read it or match it to the property name listed on booking.com. However, once we arrived it was great! A final comment - and this is nothing to do with the property, but we struggled to find somewhere to eat for dinner in town as virtually everything was closed by 6pm (in May, and not many tourists around). People directed us to a restaurant but this was unavailable due to a wedding there. Finally we ended up at I think the only one remaining place left open, and had a great dinner. There was no supermarket in town.

The room was quite small. The floor tiles in the room were super cold, so make sure to bring flip flops or something.
