We actually loved the cottage itself. Fabulous setting, parking, close to everything.

Location, lovely gardens, well equipped kitchen. Very warm and cosy. Loved the gas fire. Comfy beds.

The house itself was fairly clean. However the towels were small and had some strange stains on them. The mattress covers were stained, and the duvet covers pretty well used. The worst thing was the shower. No water pressure and very difficult to manage the controls. Getting 5 people showered took ages.

Disappointing

Owner was rude to guests as they were from Russia. Said they would have to pay extra if they used the heating and that it was their fault the energy cost so much. Unprofessional

I love the location. There are lovely beaches and parks along the Ayrshire coast.

I didn't like the parking. It was a bit tight getting the car in and out and I probably need not have worried, but I felt anxious about going out in case I lost the only space that seemed to be available. I had my elderly mother with me, so I needed a space close to the house.

An enjoyable stay that could have been so much better with a few updates.

Perfect location for Prestwick shops and restaurants. Nice quiet and secluded garden which was ideal for the children

The furnishings are old and mismatched and there is a definite smell of damp or mould in the entrance hallway which was very unpleasant. The living room had several cobwebs hanging from tbe coving and there were hairs on the bathroom slip mat. I rather objected to the indication in the book of details that I should leave £25 for cleaning especially given the state that I found it.

Lovely cottage ideal for our family to stay in

Unfortunately we had rainy weather however the garden looked lovely and we’d of really enjoyed spending time out there. The beds were very comfy and location was ideal for us visiting family.

Weather! Haha. Parking isn’t the easiest as sometimes the culdesac can get full, ao sometimes had to walk a little further in the rain to the house.
