This luxury apartment is located in a stunning location, St Clair Beach.
The apartment is literally 50 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The access to the beach is made directly from the garden, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. Recently renovated with design and beautiful materials to the highest standards. including high speed internet , air conditioning , flat screen TV and DVD player , fully equipped state of the art kitchen including dish washer , oven , induction cooking plates , toaster , kettle , cutlery etc . An electrical WEBER barbecue is located in the garden as well as sun lounges and a direct access to the brand new tennis court . The garden terrace is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues. Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement moderne très propre très bien décoré avec un agencement parfait. Nous le recommandons vivement. De plus l’accueil était prévenant et professionnel.

Appartement très fonctionnel et optimisé. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il vous faut. Appartement très propre, très bien situé, la résidence est face à la mer et il y a une balade pour rejoindre le Lavandou centre.
L'hôte est serviable et joignable très facilement
Le seul point moins sympa qui n'est pas du tout lié à l appartement c'est que tout est fermé hors saison ( restaurants et boutiques) c'est vraiment dommage.

Le logement est conforme aux photos et à la description. La famille de Matos est très accueillante, à l'écoute. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine, dans ce logement où rien ne manque, la literie est confortable, place de stationnement appréciable, rez de jardin très agréable, résidence calme, propre, à proximité de tout (commerces, ballades ...). Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage mit Tennisplatz, optimal für Paar oder Familie mit 2 Kindern. Nur 100 m Entfernung zum schönen Sandstrand und zum Bäcker. Ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.
