About this house rental
This vacation home is set in a very peaceful location in St. Clair, near Le Lavandou (30 km from St. Tropez), on a one-hectare property with cork oaks and lush pine trees. The beautiful sandy beach of St. Clair and the azure Mediterranean Sea are just 600 meters away. You can reach the beach on foot in 15 minutes.
Our grandparents once grew wine on the property, but today only the terraces remain as a reminder.
The cottages are quietly situated, far from the main road, on a hillside.
The house features two air-conditioned bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests. There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers, and a kettle. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
A small supermarket is within walking distance, and you can enjoy numerous sights and restaurants in the area.
The region is easily accessible by car from the Netherlands via the usual routes. Flying into Toulon Hyeres Airport is recommended, as it is only a 30-minute drive. Marseille and Nice are reachable in 2 hours. Traveling by train is also convenient via Brussels – Marseille – Toulon.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
