The strategic position, a few steps from the sea and the famous black beach of San Giovanni Li Cuti and from the city center, allows you to enjoy the main attractions. All you need within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, play areas, fish take away, fast foo, shop ... Inside the apartment there are three bedrooms: one double with the possibility of adding a cot / camping bed, one double with 2 beds joined together a little smaller, and one double with a single bed in an armchair bed and the possibility of adding a second cot / camping bed.
