Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die FeWo war prima, hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Das Wetter, aber da haben die Gastgeber keinen Einfluss. Ergo keine Beanstandungen.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit

Sehr freundliche, höfliche und nicht aufdringliche Gastgeberfamilie, die jederzeit ansprechbar und verlässlich war. Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hochwertig, vergleichbar mit einer Hotelausstattung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Man kann sich bequem selbst versorgen. Die Vermieterin bietet auch einen Brötchenservice an. Die Nutzung der Sauna ist, nach Voranmeldung, inklusive und sehr entspannend. Toll fanden wir auch den Balkon mit dem fantastischen Ausblick. Der Balkon ist durchgehend und wird zur Hälfte einer zweiten Ferienwohnung zugeordnet. Das hat uns nicht gestört, wir haben uns mit den anderen Gästen gut arrangiert. Hervorheben möchte ich hier die Sauberkeit in der Ferienwohnung und die qualitativ hochwertige, strahlend weiße Bettwäsche. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und lädt zum Wandern ein. Sankt Ulrich und den Pillersee erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 25 min. Eine Bushaltestelle ist wenige Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Wir haben uns bei Familie Simair sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, die Kissen sollten erneuert werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Unser Urlaub war herrlich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in bester Lage für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. Zum Pillersee sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten. Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frau Simair hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Der Brötchen-Service war sehr angenehm. Wenn man will, kann man aber auch im Ort selber Brötchen kaufen. Unser 15-jährige Sohn fand den Fitnessraum auch sehr praktisch, so konnte er nach unseren Aktivitäten noch ein bisschen trainieren. Fazit: Es war alles super, wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen vielleicht mal wieder😁

Luogo ideale per rilassarsi e fare lunghe passeggiate.

Problemi con la lingua inglese, ma comunque si riesce a conversare. proprietari simpatici e sempre disponibili. casa lontano da paesi strutturati immersa nel verde. consiglio vivamente di avere biciclette per passeggiate fantastiche. c'è anche un noleggio in paese. p.s. la casa è nel nulla più assoluto dell'Austria, a ore dalle principali città. Lago vicino molto carino per l'estate, a 3 euro parcheggi dentro e puoi fare il bagno.

aggiungerei nel costo della casa o a noleggio delle bici elettriche ad uso degli affituari. sarebbe comodo dati i garage disponibili. - trovato frigo spento all'arrivo. molto scomodo per chi ha roba fresca. Pulizia nella media. ma essendo tutto in legno e cuscini divani e poltrone in tessuto. abbiamo avuto problemi con insetti. andrebbe pulito a fondo tutto e con prodotti specifici.

Mooi uitzicht op de omgeving

Balkon was gedeeld met een ander appartement dus geen privacy. Balkon van 3e appartement grensde aan onze slaapkamer. Geen magnetron, verouderde apparatuur, erg klein woongedeelte en erg kleine badkamer ( moest bukken bij het douchen ).

Geweldig appartement, perfecte locatie en zeer gastvrij!

Wat een geweldige appartementen en locatie! We hebben niet alleen genoten van de centrale ligging in het dal, maar ook de faciliteiten die de accommodatie biedt. We hebben alle 3 de appartementen op de bovenverdieping gehuurd en voelden ons meer dan welkom. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. We mochten ruim voor de inchecktijd al het appartement in, omdat het toch al schoon was. We hadden voldoende privacy. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in de speelkelder. De appartementen waren ruim en compleet ingericht. Dit voelde echt als een locatie waar we zeker willen terugkomen!
