Great location. Spacious apartment. Very clean.

Parking issue (due to previous tenant losing bollard key). Resolved by Concierge. Cafetière plunger didn’t work and a previous tenant had put the other cafetière on the hob. Sink drain in en-suite dripped.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped. A superb location for exploring the city. Parking space was definite advantage.

Great location. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. City tour bus stop right down the street. Secure.

Needs a thorough deep-cleaning. Floors are scuffed and dirty in hall and living room. Needs painting badly. Grout in both bathrooms dirty with black mold in some areas. Washing machine did not work, and access to one was a big reason we chose this rental over a hotel. Furniture is cheap and old. The beds in the second bedroom are not suitable for adults, the cheapest box spring mattress possible, way less quality than what you'd find in a decent hotel. Overall, this rental is priced way above the quality of the furnishings.
