We liked the idea of having an apartment in Hanoi for the period of time we were staying, and the description on Booking.com for this apartment was what we were after. What we liked was - The apartment size was fine, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms were good as we were travelling with our adult children. The location was ok. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The primary issue we had with the accommodation was the comfort level of the beds. They were very hard, very uncomfortable. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep on these beds, be aware of this, it was a real issue for us. Other less important issues were that - The apartment was not the cleanest it could have been. The chairs in the kitchen were uncomfortable. The kitchen, whilst it had plates, glasses, cups etc, it did not cater for four people (ie. there were only 2 glasses).
