    The price is cheap. It’s clean, and has a nice enough swimming pool. Staff were all very pleasant so credit to those training. Only let downs for their price are; the gym, it’s spacious enough and poorly equipped. It would take very little investment to make it a feature. The other point was the attention to details in maintenance - we booked two rooms and both had lightbulbs needing replaced. Small but noticeable. A lot of empty walls as well which are a bit boring. Overall it’s good value

    There is no restaurant. You can order food, but the timeline closes before you can check in. Breakfast was below standard. I contacted reception 2 times via phone left a message and email because I forgot something in the cabinet. Never got a response. Very poor.

    Nice room, clean comfortable bed, easy walkable to restaurants and shopping. An hour bus ride to sea port for ferry to Kho Samui. Disappointing breakfast selection. Aimed at Thai and Asian guests, not European.

    This is fairly typical for a relatively new hotel in provincial Thailand away from the mainstream tourist resorts. It's clean and fairly comfortable, although the mattresses and pillows are quite low quality. The rooms have WiFi, a fridge, a small TV and, of course, A/C. The hot water takes a long time to come through. When it eventually arrives, it gets too hot. When you try to make it slightly cooler, it goes completely cold. There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. I think there's also a fitness room. Breakfast is the standard Thai buffet breakfast featuring cold fried eggs and plastic sausages. Many hotels in Thailand are exactly the same and it's pretty awful. I usually end up just eating toast and jam. For me, breakfast is the thing that defines a hotel. However, despite having stayed at dozens/hundreds of hotels in Thailand in the last 38 years, I have only had a good breakfast at 4 or 5. The hotel is located near the big bridge over the river. There's not much within walking distance. You need to take transport. The motorbike taxis and tuk-tuks want stupid amounts of money. I would suggest downloading the Grab app. Grab is very cheap and foreigners aren't ripped off.
