Beautiful duplex Villa in the centre of Vilamoura (Sleeps 4+1), free WIFI, Cable TV, 2 salted water pools impeccably kept.
This beautifully renovated two bedroom Villa within the Eden Villas private condominium is ideal for families, as well as golfers due to the exceptional location and nearby facilities - right at the centre of Vilamoura.
The Villa is part of the exclusive Eden Villas condominium and is within walking distance of Restaurants, Supermarket (5 minutes), while only being a short stroll (30 minutes’ walk) from the award winning Marina and beautiful beaches.
Enjoy the Algarve summer weather, relaxing on the provided sun loungers around the salted water swimming pool within the complex, set within beautiful mature trees, gardens and surrounded by grassed areas.
Younger guests are able to take advantage of the dedicated children’s pool while the safety of the private condominium, which includes CCTV cameras and security patrol can ensure the children play safely.
Fully furnished and equipped with a beach theme decoration, the Villa has two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 2 children.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large, open plan lounge/ dining area (for 6), includes a modern 4D TV with Cable TV and 2 sofas. Sunny & large terrace with BBQ, ideal for al fresco dinning (hammock available). At this level there is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the first floor the large master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a balcony with views across the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a balcony. There is a very spacious brand new and modern bathroom with amenities and hairdryer.
During the Summer months there is a bar at the pool with drinks and light meals open all day. The salted water pools (adults and children) are impeccably kept.
Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as amenities.
Free private parking onsite.
Weekly cleaning - every 7 nights (except long stays)
Special conditions for long lets and repeat bookings
Special rates for car rental and transfers

Property was well maintained, clean, everything provided for self catering. Very quiet area, bus stop nearby. Spar shops short walk away. Vilamoura Marina approximately 20-30 minute walk where there are plenty of eateries and bars. Communication with owners extremely good. We used Uber service to travel to Loule, Faro and Albufeira.

Super clean house in very nice gated community.
Poolbar offers great snacks, though kitchen at the house is very well equipped.
Pool site is also very clean and was not too busy.
All in, very recommendable house!

The accommodation was excellent, high quality finish with 2 very modern bathrooms and kitchen. There was everything you needed in the accommodation. It is in a secure gated community with a lovely pool and cafe which served great snacks and drinks. It has easy access to local supermarkets and restaurants and easy access to Vilamoura harbour. The communication from the owner/agent was exceptional from start to finish.
We really enjoyed our stay and would
highly recommend it.
