Welcome to your cosy holiday villa in Vilamoura, set in a quiet and pleasant condominium that makes you feel right at home.
This inviting 3-bedroom house is fully equipped for relaxed, comfortable breaks, with homely decor and shared access to a large condominium pool and green areas—perfect for unwinding in the Algarve sun. Picture yourself starting the day with a swim, stretching out on the grass with a book, and ending with a charcoal BBQ dinner on your private terrace.
Step inside to three bedrooms on the first floor: one double with private bathroom and air conditioning, another double sharing a bathroom, and a smaller single bedroom also sharing that bathroom. On the ground floor there is a guest WC, and an extra single bed can always be set up in the living room, giving flexible sleeping options for families or friends.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped and organised so you can prepare easy meals for family and friends. The open‑plan living and dining area brings everyone together, with a table and six chairs, sideboard, two sofas (one single, one three‑seater), pouffe, fireplace, TV, coffee table and air conditioning, creating a bright, comfortable space to relax.
Outside, the private terrace features a dining table next to the charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals on warm summer days. The condominium offers a large shared pool (approx. 1–3 m deep) with plenty of surrounding space and grassy spots to lay out a towel. There is a reserved parking space right in front of the main door, plus free Wi‑Fi and national and international TV channels.
Located just a few minutes from the centre of Vilamoura—where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, cycling paths and nightlife—this villa is a great choice for families or groups who like to relax, have fun and experience local life.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.

Spacious accommodation and outside space.
A folder in the apartment would be useful with information of what is around without walking 40 minutes to the marina i.e restaurants (which we did find towards the end of the holiday) information regarding buses etc. When we visited the reception we were told they didn't look after this apartment.

We thought the app apartment was on a lovely complex with a fantastic pool with spotless grounds.😃 The size is good although the 3rd bedroom has no outside windows and just a fan so it was very hot in there of a night. 🥵Air con downstairs is brilliant The apartment has everything you needed on holiday 😎 Uber is good out here Towels when we arrived were very nice and it helped having washing up liquid and washing powder. We thought the rooms were a good size. And location of the pool is good
although there is air con in the main bedroom it was quite noisy we used the oven a couple of times but had to guess the temperature as the dials have worn out. 🥴 I walked to the marina on one occasion and there’s no way I’d get children to do it it’s a stiff 35 minutes 🏃🏼♂️ unfortunately we had issues with a bad smell in the 2nd bathroom which took 10days to resolve. 👎🏻 There was no smell when we left. 👍 And there was no mention of compensation as the owner didn’t think it was a problem even thou the 3rd bed is 3ft from this bathroom. 😷 The cleaners didn’t do a very good job shower wasn’t cleaned at tall floors also could have been cleaned better. You also might want to check the fans as one of these hardly works Unfortunately it was some what disappointing the issues we had with the smell from the 2nd bathroom which has put us off ever booking here again.

Localização ótimo, Piscina muito agradável, Casa com espaço agradável pouca preparada para receber pessoas, poucos utensílios de cozinha, casa de banho sem lugares para pendurar toalhas, sem roupa de cama ou banho extra para alguma urgência, colchões de camas velhos, só 1 quarto com ar condicionado.
