Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Recanati.
Ambiente tranquillo, climatizzato, pulito e moderno.
Suggestiva anche la presenza dei manufatti del proprietario, realizzati con ciò che il mare restituisce nel periodo invernale: rendono l'accoglienza più calorosa.
Siamo rimasti un po' spiazzati dalla mancanza di una cucina, che ci ha costretto a pranzare e cenare fuori tutti i giorni. Rileggendo attentamente la descrizione, in effetti la cucina non è menzionata: ma sarebbe opportuno, secondo me, dare più risalto a questo aspetto.
Il letto è un po' stretto: non è un materasso standard da 180 cm, ma ne misura (a spanne) 140-150.

The property is close to the sea in a quiet small road . On the ground floor a big room welcomes all the guests with a tv ( but each room also has one ) and a coffee machine and kettler for teas which are offered . Nice couches to relax on . Out bedroom was spacious with a small fridge a chair and a nice bathroom with big shower . The cute balcony couldn’t be used as there are no chairs . The owner was very kind to refund us a night as early in the morning the workers of the detached building started to drill on a Saturday when they weren’t supposed to .
Two chairs and a small table would be nice on the balcony to relax after being at the beach

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare, struttura pulita e tenuta con cura e creatività. Atmosfera marinaresca, rispetto per l'ambiente.

la colazione non era compresa
la camera era matrimoniale ma il letto era da una piazza e mezza scomodissimo, la camera era piccola con un armadio che non era un armadio, mi sarei aspettato di trovare anche una cassetta di sicurezza ma non c'era
