L'appartamento ha una posizione invidiabile in riva al mare, con un balconcino molto molto carino, svegliarsi così con quella veduta e il suono del mare e' meraviglioso. Solo questo varrebbe la pena. Il monolocale e' spazioso, comodo, un bagno moderno. La cucina perfetta con tutto il necessario e grande per essere quella di un monolocale. La spiaggia sotto e' comodissima. La proprietaria cordiale, gentile e premurosa. Il locale e' climatizzato e dotato di smart tv. Parcheggio comodo sotto l'appartamento , e disponibilità di avere anche delle biciclette. L'accesso alla struttura e' super semplice. E' stato tutto molto molto piacevole e speriamo di poter tornare.

This ground-level single room flat let's you "live" the sea h24: while the modern windows can almost totally shield the sound of the sea during storms, a Vasistas window let you relax with the sound of calm sea while living the apartment.
Everything is almost perfect here, the place is still "as new".

Posizione ottima, praticamente sul lungomare, si arriva benissimo anche in centro a piedi. Ottima sistemazione per rilassarsi e passeggiare in riva al mare ma comunque vicina anche a negozi e ristoranti. Host molto gentile, ci ha subito fatti sentire come a casa.

Camera molto confortevole, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi. La signora Silvia molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente, ottima anche la posizione vicino al mare.
