About this apartment rental
Apartment GIGLIO: up to 4 adults
First floor, 39 m2; double bedroom; kitchen (with fridge and freezer, 4 gas hobs, utensils and pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. Microwave) + living room with sofa bed; toilet and shower; heating in all rooms and mosquito nets on all Windows. WI-FI. There’s no TV in the apartment; guests are allowed to bring here them own TV, if they want to. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the apartment, but here it’s always windy so if you leave the windows open the apartment should be fresh enough; by the way, we’ve put a STAND FAN in the apartment. Dining area in the kitchen and possibility to eat outside under the gazebo, on the back of the building (the outdoor dining area is shared with the other guests).
There are neither dishwasher, nor washing machine, nor iron. We have drying racks, which are available to all staying guests, it is not possible to have a personal one.
NO GUESTS' PETS ALLOWED
KIDS aren't ALLOWED, minimum 14 years old. We made this choice to let all the guests enjoy the silence of the countryside and the sound of nature, having a relaxing holiday.
