Villa Cherubina is a splendid seventeenth-century three-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Cherubina you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Senesi hills. Villa Cherubina is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Staggia Senese, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
To stay at Villa Cherubina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.
Villa Cherubina is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.

As guests of the villa you will be able take advantage of a number of services, upon request and for a fee, such as breakfast, cooking lessons, wine tours, olive oil tasting class, horse riding, bike rental.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two gazebos. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills.
Patio 2
The second patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Garden
The garden is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It is partly shaded by an imposing secular pine tree and by tall cypresses. The garden is equipped with wrought-iron benches.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the second living room climbing two steps. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and a desk. In this room you will find an upright piano, for decorative purposes only. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace decorated in marble. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Living Room 2
The furnishings of the living room are warm and elegant, featuring some antique pieces, and include an armchair and a wood bench. The room has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the second living room. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings include an armchair. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the hills.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. The floor is paved with checkered black and white tiles. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden and the swimming pool. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the second living room.
Laundry room

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. The room has a window which overlooks the back of the house, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the study.
