About this house rental

Set on a hillside in the village Hampteau (Hotton), close to the river Ourthe, this is a 3-bedroom holiday home. The holiday home comes with a lush green landscaped garden with cozy furnishings and a lawn to enjoy outdoor living. You can stay here in comfort with a family or group of 6 persons. At 3 km from the holiday home, you have supermarkets to buy groceries. There is a public swimming pool at 4 km if you wish to swim a few laps on a sunny day. You can easily visit Lincent, Hannut, Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, Namur, and Laakdal from here. Indoors, the living room has a cozy wood stove that spreads the warmth. You have dining furniture on the terrace to enjoy delightful meals and host barbecue evenings. Slides and swings are present in the playground for children. They can romp freely in the lawn area and play ball games. Parking is available.

Het was een tof huisje, super grote tuin, de houtkachel en bbq zijn een + voor dit verblijf, het huis was ook heel erg proper, zeker een aanbeveling waard, wij komen graag nog eens terug

Très mauvais dans le sens où nous n'avons pas pu nous y rendre pour cause de maladie. J'avais réservé sur HOLIDU où il était spécifié que l'assurance annulation était gratuite ; or, j'ai reçu les documents de BELVILLA qui ne font AUCUNE mention quelconque d'une assurance annulation. J'ai téléphoné le 7 de ce mois pour prévenir que mon marie était malade et il m'a été répondu qu'une maladie n'était pas une raison pour ne pas "profiter" de notre location. Je peux vous garantir que votre publicité est faite et que je ne manquerai pas de la faire tout autour de moi et même via les réseaux sociaux. ARNAQUE pure et simple dans le sens où vous ne proposez rien mais ne voulez rien rembourser non plus. De plus, pour postposer nos vacances, je devais payer un montant de +/- 250 euros (plus les 456 déjà payé, cela faisait cher pour 6 jours de location). Pour annuler, je devais payer plus de 350 euros. Je ne demande pas la charité mais là, c'est vraiment se f.... des gens. A bon entendeur et à PLUS JAMAIS

Die Lage ist sehr sehr schön, die Nachbarn zwar recht nah dran, aber sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist insgesamt schön, innen ist jedoch alles überall mit Holz verkleidet (Geschmackssache). Die Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich klein, die wenigen Schränke ziemlich vollgestopft mit Bettdecken und Kissen. Die Möbel im Wohn- / Esszimmer sind recht alt und schwer (ebenfalls Holz, massiv) ... insgesamt jedoch eine klare Empfehlung!

Op het sleuteladres goed ontvangen en duidelijke uitleg. Daarna naar ons huis in Hampteau. Fantastisch huis met mooie locatie en alles was aanwezig je kon zo gek niet bedenken. De omgevenig was erg mooi met leuke plaatsjes zoals Durbuy en La Roche,etc. Enig klein min puntje maar wil het toch vermelden zijn de beperkte opbergruimtes in de slaapkamers. Voor de rest top huis. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
