A great place to stay for families in Deauville.

Top Floor apartment with magnificent view of the entire town and sea from the rooftop terrace! Very clean and well-appointed. Arnaud was very helpful with all the necessary information for convenient check-in and check-out.

Just a minor note you have to walk up 4 floors so large baggage can be difficult.

Overpriced and stresfull stay

Being Genius level 3 client of Booking.com, I am very sad to write this review. It never happened to me before, simply. After the stay, you are left with the feeling of being robbed. So positive points: The apartment is tidy, but do not expect any luxury, it is a basic apartment, with 1,40 meters double bed in a little bedroom, and a very small 2nd bedroom with a bed of 3 floors, suitable for children. The photos are accurate, and the terrace is nice, just the main exposition of it is to the opposite side, not in front of the sea. Clean, no problem. Well-equipped kitchen, and the coffee maker is there. There is a nice view of the sea from the dining room, over the towers of other buildings, but the windows are narrow and high, so you can not really enjoy it if you sit. The terrace has a little side view of the sea from far, pictures are attached.

Booking granted me a Genius discount on this apartment, for 2 nights I paid 472 EUR, and only after full payment, I have been informed about extra charges for sheets, towels, and cleaning: plus 95 EUR. So in total, we 3 adults and 2 children paid 567 EUR for a 2-night stay in the middle of February. 284 EUR/ night, ok, I pay, naturally, I develop normal expectations. Our experience: 1. For the price of 95 EUR we got the sheets of the 1st product of IKEA, meaning low-quality material mixed with polyester. 2. For the price of 95 EUR we got 1 towel per person, so the same towel for feet, intimates, and face? 3. The heating in the main room had a blockage of max 20 degrees, and on Feb night, it was too cold for us. 4. I confirm other reviews that there are a lot of steep stairs to reach the apartment, and no elevator. I would say 5 levels in total. But the main problem we got on the 2nd day of the stay: WE HAD NO HOT WATER AT ALL. We were back at midnight after all day walking and running with kids, so normally we wanted to take showers and it was really important for me to wash my kid, all sweaty after the day. I wrote the message to the host immediately, kindly, asking for a discount, because it is simply unacceptable for the price we paid. The morning of check out I found the long messages about how we shall use the apartment (late information), and versions of why it happened, including that probably we all used too much water on the first night (not at all actually). Also blaming us why we did not call them (at midnight), or immediately when I felt the water colder than yesterday. You know, when we have only 2 days of holidays, we want to visit the location and not spend our time on Saturday solving technical problems. The final message was that people after us had no water problems, so the offer is a 30% discount for a future stay, so arrogant and rude. The host is very stressful, has no customer focus, and charges a lot for below-basic services.

Confort et douceur de vivre, un appartement idéal pour les vacances

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, facile d'accès en voiture avec possibilité de se garer à proximité dans la rue au mois de février. Une fois dans l'appartement il y a ce côté wahou qui fait plaisir lorsqu'on le découvre. La décoration est soignée et chaleureuse et on s'y sent bien. On a vraiment l'impression d'être "chez soi" avec le côté cosy. Le coin salon avec tout l'équipement permet de se détendre et de se poser (TV, pas mal de DVD, musique avec CD au choix, console de jeu que je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser mais sûrement lié à une mauvaise utilisation de ma part). On se sent bien partout, chaque espace étant bien pensé et optimisé avec soin. Le petit + c'est la terrasse avec une vue à plus de 180° sur les hauteurs de la ville et ses toits, vraiment très agréable et sûrement encore plus aux beaux jours où l'on peut y prendre ses repas et flâner. Il y a pas mal d'équipements et c'est tout à fait le genre de logement dans lequel j'aurais pris plaisir à vivre :) Notre hôte a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec une bonne communication et rapidement. Il a même essayé de me dépanner en m'expliquant comment brancher la console pour mon fils.. sans succès malheureusement pour lui mais nous avons pu faire d'autres jeux, ce qui était pas mal pour un we en famille!! :D

L'accès n'est pas aisé. Nous avions 2 adultes de plus de 80 ans et monter les 3/4 étages n'a pas été chose facile. Le mentionner dans l'annonce aurait été une indication intéressante (sauf erreur je ne l'ai pas vu), n'ayant pas pris le temps de lire les commentaires des locataires précédents, ce fût une surprise et une découverte inattendue. La petite déconvenue du départ étant vite estompée par les qualités de l'appartement heureusement! Car nous nous y sommes vraiment bien senti et y avons passé vraiment un très agréable séjour. Dernier point, la vaisselle, bien que fournie et relativement complète, nous avions prévu une soupe pour le soir et il manquait des assiettes à soupe voire des bols, des grandes cuillères pour tous (nous étions 5) mais c'est franchement un détail car nous avons pu nous arranger. Les qualités de l'appartement effacent largement ces points "négatifs" tant notre séjour a été agréable. Nous retenons bien volontiers cette adresse pour y revenir aux beaux jours :)

Bel appartement pour un séjour reposant et agréable

Logement très agréable, très cosy et joliment décoré. Très bien aménagé, très bien équipé, tout est là pour passer un séjour merveilleux. La terrasse offre une vue époustouflante sur la ville de Villers sur mer et sur la mer. Une très belle plage à 2 min à pied et les commerces du centre ville à 5 min offrent la possibilité de vacances sans voiture.
