Pros: 1. Excellent location—very close to the CDC area with plenty of nearby food options. 2. The pool area is definitely the highlight of the property! Cons: 1. Unsanitary bedding: The bedsheets were clearly not changed before our check-in. Anyone knows the difference between the smell of fresh laundry and used sheets, and these definitely had an unpleasant odor. Whether this is part of an unstated "re-use" policy or sheer neglect, it was unacceptable. 2. Poor room service priority: We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay. On our second day, we requested room cleaning early on from both the lobby staff and hallway personnel. They didn't start cleaning until 3:00 PM. The lobby explained that they prioritize cleaning rooms for incoming guests first—which basically feels like disregarding guests who are already checked in and paying. Final Thoughts: Will we return? Probably not for an overnight stay. A day pass for the pool is about all we would consider.

We are a family of five, with children aged 13, 15, and 17, and we booked two rooms. The rooms were clean, although we occasionally noticed some small insects. One thing that could be improved is the doorbell, which is quite loud and startling. Its sound can be heard throughout the floor, especially in the neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, we forgot to book rooms with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive for in-house guests. On the positive side, the staff were always smiling, friendly, and accommodating. However, the outdoor areas around the property could benefit from better lighting, as they were quite dark at night. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and excellent service, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
