Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt mit Blick auf die Donau und doch nah am Zentrum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. In der Tiefgarage steht gegen ein zusätzliches Entgelt ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Der Fahrstuhl bringt einen direkt bis vor die Wohnung.

Für uns war die Lage perfekt, direkt an der Donau mit Seitenblick darauf, kein Auto-Durchgangsverkehr, der Dom und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung, 2 Fahrräder zur Benutzung. Frau Brüssing hat uns herzlich empfangen und ausreichend informiert mit nützlichen Tipps von Regensburg und Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Immobilie. Von den Nachbarn hört man nicht viel. Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit einer schönen Wohnung erlebt.
