This was a clean, comfortable two bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Regensburg. It is a short drive to the center of the town, but so short compared to the distance between downtown and the suburbs of American cities that the distance was almost irrelevant. Plus, the peace and quiet at night made it a very good option for me and my adult son. There were great restaurants and a market nearby.
It was very warm when we were in Regensburg. A couple of fans would have been welcome. Also, for some reason the hotel restaurant, which was highly recommended in the hotel literature, was not open the whole week we were there.
