Recently fully renovated, the villa now blends modern design with the latest hi-tech features. In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
Please note: the tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It must be paid locally in cash, in accordance with municipal regulations.
NOTE: in the event of a cancellation within the period in which a refund is due, an administration fee of €25.00, as well as any bank transfer fees, will be withheld.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), High chair, Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 22:00), Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.

The villa was amazing. The view was great, the kitchen was large and well setup, the pool was beautiful and clean. Very private. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Le séjour dans cette villa située près de la Costa Smeralda était absolument charmant. La maison était confortable et entourée d'un énorme girardino. La vue depuis la véranda juste devant la piscine est magique et parfaite pour un verre romantique au coucher du soleil sarde. La piscine privée est un petit bijou.

La prima nostra sensazione appena abbiamo visto la villa è stata quella di una casa stile americano: bellissimo prato verde tutto intorno con giardino, tutto ben tenuto e curato, una piscina privata enorme proprio di fronte alla casa, veranda coperta dove potersi rilassare, grandi spazi e una vista mare strepitosa. Tutto perfetto, a parte il tempo che non è stato sempre bellissimo. Poter stare tutti insieme nella stessa villa è stato molto divertente, credo che sarà un'esperienza che ripeteremo.

Una bella villa moderna, con grandi spazi, dotata di tutti i confort e circondata da un enorme e bellissimo giardino tenuto perfettamente! Questa era la villla dove siamo stati per qualche giorno. Da qui abbiamo visitato la Costa Smeralda. Porto Rotondo è molto vicino e poi ci siamo "avventurati" anche un pò oltre. La bellissima piscina privata è stata utilizzata poco a causa del maltempo che ci ha accompagnati durante il soggiorno, magari quando torneremo la prossima volta saremo più fortunati. L'agenzia Sardinia Unlimited è stata sempre presente per qualsiasi nostra richiesta o piccola difficoltà. Non ci hanno lasciati soli e questo è stato molto apprezzato! Arrivederci Sardegna, alla prossima vacanza!
