Exceptional

It is situated in a lovely rural area and the views from the garden are exceptional. It is a small, cosy cottage with a lovely garden, clean kitchen and bathroom. On arrival there was Prosecco in the fridge and they also had provided us with porridge oats and coffee for the coffee machine. All in all we felt very comfortable and at home! We will definitely book this place again in future!

Availability of pan and brush in the cottage would be useful. Maybe thinner bedding for the Summer months. Check patio door, as we struggled to close and lock it at night.

lovely host beautiful location fresh clean property. Great garden furniture lovely views over the fields. Riverside walk from the farm.I loved the decir and the bed was super comfy

we couldn't access garden easily from patio as lovely wooden steps overgrown with plants.Small things missing a couple cereal bowls a grater and maybe a hairdryer .spiral stairs take up a bit of space in the living room and the bed is in the eves so care if you are tall!

Great Place surrounded by Nature!

The location is fantastic. It is surrounded by the country side and Kelso and Coldwater are very close for everyday needs. The cottage is also very nice with spacious bathroom and bedroom, also with nice views and outside resting areas. The tennis court is also very c;lose by and with all the required facilities. There is also a lot of space for parking and the area in general is very quite and with a lot of wild life. In summary this place is fantastic.

The spiral staircase is in the middle of the living room. The washing machine is outside the cottage itself. It is in a laundry room so you have to go out of the cottage to use it. The drying area is also outside.
