About this apartment rental
A large luxury apartment in the centre of Kitzbuhel finished to a high standard, perfect for relaxing, unwinding and switching off from the outside world. The property spans over 165m2 and is infused with Austrian interior design and a neutral colour palette - with SieMatic kitchen, large wardrobe hanging space, brightly lit bathrooms, inbuilt sauna and private outdoor area. Featuring App Control for all lighting, roll blinds, heating and Music,
The apartment covers the entire ground flour of an old and charming two-store farmhouse, which has over time become a part of the city center. Each beadroom offers TV and a separate bathroom. The outside area covers a small terrace, parking spaces and the garage in the old stable (so you can store ski and sporting comfortably separately)
A household lady does breakfast service, household shopping and cleaning daily (upon request and daily booking). Private cook available
The apartment comes with fully fledged bar and excellent Austrian and Italian winery.
The old town center with all shopping areas is 500m walking distance.
The famous Hahnenkammbahn is 800m close and can be accessed by three ways:
- daily pick up/return shuttle (20 EUR per day)
- skibus vis-a-vis the house (every 15 min)
- leave your ski and boots at a ski-depot vis-a-vis the ski-lift and walk five min home
Concierge service:
We offer transport from / to aiports and driver service at reasonable Prices, so conceptually no car is needed. Further we are delighted to make reservations for dining or at one of the beautiful ski-restaurants in the mountains.

We loved basing our week-long stay at Albert’s beautiful home. Quiet, yet right in town and easy to walk everywhere from stores to great restaurants to the gondola. Convenient to leave our skis and boots at the mountain base lockers
The home is lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen and a sauna that was appreciated after a day of skiing.
Albert and team were helpful with restaurant recommendations and assistance with transportation.
We would highly recommend and hope to return again!

The home is immaculate with great furnishings. The owner was very helpful and the home is within walking distance to slopes and the town. I highly recommend this property for your holiday in Kitzbuhel.
