This quiet country home is located just 15 minutes from downtown Bedford, VA and 40 minutes from Lynchburg and Roanoke, VA. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The house had everything that we needed. Comfortable seating and beds. The comfortable patio furniture made early mornings and late evenings relaxing and enjoyable. Our dog came along at no additional cost. A lot of interesting towns to explore and beautiful hikes an easy 30 to 60 minute drive away.

I wouldn’t call it a scenic property. I had problems with a pack of dogs. Glad I wasn’t able to bring our dog, with that pack we would’ve had problems. The house was very clean. I had no way of disposing garbage since the container was in a locked shed. Glad I ate most of my meals in town.

Quick communication from the host. Kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a weekend to spend with our daughter for a long weekend.
