Private Hilltop House in Central Downtown Roanoke

Summary:
This home sits on a private hilltop home, situated right in Downtown Roanoke, a 1 minute drive to any place downtown, a 10 minute walk, or a $4.80 Uber! Enjoy being the only house in the area with it's own private parking.

Home sleeps 6 people. Everything has been COMPLETELY gutted and renovated from the bottom up. Brand new bathroom with RAINFALL shower head, tank less hot water heater (unlimited hot water, take as long of a shower as needed). Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.

The Space:
There are approximately 10 steps in the foyer you will need to climb to access the unit.

3 bedrooms, each with a QUEEN size bed. These are BRAND NEW memory foam mattress. Floating nightstands in each bedroom, with led lamps and phone chargers in place.

The unit over 1400 square feet, so plenty of room for up to 6 people to sleep comfortably.

Each bedroom has its own 42" LED TV with the living room having a 65" LED TV. Each Tv has a Roku attached but streaming accounts are not provided. You will need to use your own login for Netflix, HBO, Etc

Treat the place as if it were your own, you have access to everything, use anything in the place, along with the private balcony.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole apartment, please treat it as if it were your own. Use anything in the apartment, there is parking for 1 car but if you have more cars, you can park for free across the street. You also have a private balcony!

The Neighborhood:
Great neighborhood right in downtown, you are walk able everywhere in downtown and if you take an uber, the maximum charge is $4.85! Plenty of room for as many cars as you have.

Getting Around:
Located less then 10 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, or just a few minutes from from the local bus station or the brand new Amtrak system. Plenty of parking at the house for as many cars as you have. Saving you hundreds of dollars on parking alone.

Please note that only a maximum of 6 people are allowed. Pets are allowed but there is a $50 charge per Pet, per day. The maximum we will charge no matter the length of your stay is a $100 Pet fee.
