Welcome to Vila Charme, this beachfront 1st floor with superb sea views, spacious interiors of great charm and comfort, a terrace with stunning scenery, a blue sea contrasting with the green of the garden and palm trees where you can dine or just relax.
It has private condominium access to the beach which is fine sand with a calm sea, being excellent for walking, offering a nature area with magnificent dunes all along the coast. Condomínio Clube Nautillus is quiet and is a 5-minute walk from the village of Armação de Pêra, where you can enjoy a Marginal with local shops, excellent restaurants and bars by the sea.
The pool is sheltered from the wind with sun loungers. I offer luxury conditions so that your holidays are of excellence.

Grace was an amazing host taking the time to explain how everything in the villa operated and the features of the villa.The view from the deck of the villa is a million dollar view and the villa was spacious and comfortable; exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one we enjoyed the most.

The condo is perfectly situated. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities. It is spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous 2-month stay in the Villa - we had a direct view of the beach, the ocean and town from the deck and windows. A short 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We rented a car for touring the Algarve and only 3 hours to Seville. Our host Grace was amazing, met us and followed up with us. Villa was well outfitted for all our meals and had a pull out bed for when my son visited. The weather was lovely, 15-20C and perfect for beach walks. As I was working remote, the internet set up was perfect for Zoom, Teams, and keeping in touch with my clients and team. Would return in a minute if the opportunity arises.

Location with gardens & view of the ocean made it special. Peaceful. Connects to hiking paths.
Has everything you need. Not modern if u like cosiness. Colourful. The space worked for the 2 of us. Could use some refreshing.
