Casa Collina, with its commanding position and astounding views was totally restored in 2010 incorporating a mixture of modern and traditional features. Located down a private drive, the Villa is secluded yet only 400mtrs from the beautiful village of Cossignano with its local shops and bars. You need never travel far but the superb beaches and buzzing holiday resorts are less than thirty minutes away or the peace and beauty of National Parks less than an hour away. Although totally integrated Casa Collina provides dual accommodation which makes it ideal for two families sharing. Choose your dining areas or let the kids have their own lounge knowing that the air con in all bedrooms will let you sleep well and cool at night. The superb south facing infinity pool with its marble surround paving includes a long shallow pool for young children. A separate playroom houses a table tennis and there is outside cooking facility. Casa Collina allows you to relax or play in your well earned break.
Our prices include everything and there are no hidden costs for cleaning, or electricity as elsewhere. We include unlimited Free WiFi Our local agent is also on hand should you require advice or assistance.
Out of season (October to March )our daily rate quoted is for the lower apartment for four however we can quote separately for the upper apartment for six or for the whole house.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful, easily accommodating our large family gathering. The infinity pool was a particular attraction. Located 20 minutes from the seaside, we often went to the beach, but also within easy driving distance to the Sibillini mountains and great hikes.

As two families of four with kids ranging from 8-13 this was the perfect places for us all. The house itself is fantastic. The kitchens were so well equipped allowing for us to cook very comfortably without lacking anything. There is an upstairs main house which has three great bedrooms, all with bathrooms and air conditioning. There is also a downstairs apartment part of the house with two bedrooms - one master and another with two singles beds, a bathroom and a living room and kitchen. This space was ideal and gave one family a separate area to themselves. Really it was ideal.
The pool was gorgeous with amazing views! We also loved the table tennis table where many a competition was held over the week!
Le Marche is an amazing region and there is a lot of exploring to be done around this region - hilltop towns to beach. The detailed information folder at the house was used frequently and a fabulous resource.
Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to return at some stage!

What a great place for our annual family vacation! Casa Collina is a spacious house, well equipped and very clean. Great pool and terraces, but most of all, an overwhelming view on the Marche hills and mountains. Seen the pictures? Well, the real thing is even better! Fantastic environment for those who are looking for a great vacation in a quiet, breathtaking environment.

Pool ist einzigartig, ebenso der Blick in die hügelige, sanfte Landschaft der Marken.
Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden für tolle Ferien.
