This villa apartment is over 115 m2 in size and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and has a separate room for the washing machine and is suitable for 1-4 people.
The villa apartment has a spacious living room and a large luxury open kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas stove with oven and a Senseo coffee machine. The living room has a cozy sitting area with coffee table, dining table with chairs, television, DVD player and Wi-Fi. From the living room you have access to your private terrace and garden with sitting area, sun beds and BBQ. Furthermore, the villa apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobes and a bathroom en suite with a shower, sink and toilet, in the hall there is a second toilet.
Picasso has a beautiful view over the valley, garden and sea.
Villa Senomar consists of 3 separate villas and has 4 individual holiday apartments available. Each apartment has its own entrance, private terrace and / or garden, ensuring optimum privacy. There are 7 parking places, including garages and carports, so parking on site is no problem at all. The mature Mediterranean garden, over 2. 300 m2, full of many palm and fruit trees, such as orange trees and nisperos, several aloe vera, flowers and the various terraces offer plenty of sun and shade areas where you can relax pleasantly and wonderfully.
The large private swimming pool of 13.5 x 6 m and the communal sun terrace, equipped with comfortable sun beds, including the spacious outdoor kitchen, makes it complete for a great and unforgettable holiday.
You will find Villa Senomar 60 minutes from Alicante airport in Benissa Coast and with a short drive close to all amenities, shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the "Villa Picasso". The Senomar property consists of separate accommodations each sharing the huge (and lovely) communal pool. The hosts Ramon and Raymond (R & R) also live on site and take care of the day to day running, as well as the needs of the guests.
Each of the accommodations has its own entrance from the street and private terrace, also plenty of parking. As such the set up works really well. R&R take real pride in what they do, so the villa and grounds were immaculate. Their friendly welcome on arrival as well as local advice during our stay was a treat. There were also some nice touches like little welcome goodies, good information on the local area and so on.
The villa is set in very peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for something with a 5 minute walk to a bar/disco then this is not the villa for you. However, if you want seclusion, comfort, beautiful gardens and to feel you've been well looked after (after all you can still drive to those other things in 10-15 minutes!), then I can't recommend Villa Senomar highly enough. The size and configuration of the whole property enables really secluded outdoor space and a sense of luxury, whilst the accommodations themselves give a sense of quality and comfort (and are spacious). Topping this with personal service and an always friendly attitude from the hosts means you may well not want to leave!

Thank you so much Ramon and Ramond! We had a wonderful stay at apartment Picasso a beautiful spacious apartment part of Villa Senomar. Apartment Picasso had a fully equipped luxurious kitchen with all the essentials and more!, a super cosy living/ dining room with wood burner for chilly evenings, high end furniture throughout, comfortable beds and a fabulous private terrace outside with sun loungers, bbq and an outdoor dining table and chairs overlooking amazing gardens. The villa is absolutely immaculate inside and out with well manicured beautiful gardens, stunning pool and superb views of the surrounding area and the sea! Ramon & Raymond were super professional and thoroughly welcoming, we couldn't recommend villa senomar enough and hope to return in the not to distant future! Thanks so much again, we thoroughly enjoyed sharing your little bit of paradise! Ciara, Aaron & Edward x
