About this house rental
The house, winegrower style, located in the town of St Clément 30260 10 minutes from Sommières, is bright and very quiet, 70m ², fully renovated. It has two private car parks. Neatly equipped, BBQ, two chairs, table and chairs. It opens onto a fenced garden of 400m ² very shaded with its olive trees, lavender, thyme and rosemary ..
(from May to September) You will have at your disposal an above ground pool about 5m in diameter where you can relax at the end of your day of excursion, to the songs of the cicadas. 3km from the river, where you can refresh and why not picnic.
The baker spends the morning at the foot of the house.
Our accommodation is perfect for couples, families (with children) and companions and fours.
You will find :
1 bedroom with a 160 bed
1 bedroom with a 140 bed
1 living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, TV, internet wifi).
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer.
You will also find an iron and board
We can provide a cot on request.
We also provide linen and towels.
My accommodation is close to Sommières, splendid medieval town very pleasant and animated with its markets and
camarguaise races, among others.
At the foot of the Cevennes and about 40 minutes from the sea
Beautiful walks in the garrigue at the doors of the house, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, canoeing, beaches. All of these
activities are nearby.
Without forgetting tastings of local products.
Geographically, you can radiate between Montpellier, Nîmes and Arles Roman cities,
the Pont du Gard, the Camargue, the Cevennes, Avignon. the following
Rules of the house
No smoking
No party or evening
Check in time is 14:00 - 18:00.
- I wish to rent this house to respectful and responsible people.
- I wish that travelers also respect the neighborhood by avoiding making too much noise.
- Cleaning is your responsibility. The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as on arrival.
- However, if you wish, you can ask me the cleaning fee of 50 €.
- Animals are accepted but be sure to clean their droppings.

An excellent gite with a very pleasant garden pool and a lovely garden. Well situated for local towns. All the facilities we needed and very clean. Our host Sylvaine was very friendly and helpful and we shall certainly return when there is availability. Paul and Lizzie Briten

L'hotesse nous a accueillies chaleureusement avec une bonne bouteille dans le frigo. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. La région est très belle et pleine de visites à faire. Très bon séjour

Charmante maison, située dans un petit village de 400 habitants environ. Idéale pour séjourner avec nos compagnons à 4 pattes : la maison est dans une rue avec peu de passage, à côté des chemins pour se promener. L'accueil est convivial. Nous avons eu le plaisir de pourvoir déguster des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Sylvaine a de bonnes adresses à nous conseiller.
Si vous rechercher une destination à l'écart de la ville et proche de la nature c'est l'endroit idéal !
