About this house rental
Between Nîmes, Montpellier, Camargue and Cévennes, typical house 50 meters from a river the Vidourle, in the heart of the nature of Guarrigues.
The region offers many possibilities (Camargue sea, Cevennes mountain, medieval/ancient culture/gastronomy/wine...).
On the banks of the Vidourle, in the middle of the garrigues, it is an old mill full of charm renovated (Spa Jacuzzi open from May to October).
Near Sommières, the house is cool in summer because the roof is made of "reeds".
The old mill in ruins is located on the river "le Vidourle", it is less than 50 meters from the house and offers beautiful views of the lake.
The house has an independent private courtyard (SPA/jacuzzi available in the courtyard), staircase and private terrace on the 1st floor with garden furniture and gas plancha.
Kitchen/living room of 25m2 fully equipped to accommodate 6 people: living room, sofa, TV and fibre internet, DVD player (many DVDs), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, iron, drying rack, filter coffee, kettle... antique decorative elements, a chest with children's toys/books, board games.
Bedroom 1 (about 15m2) with 140 bed- Bedroom 2 (about 25m2) with 4 90 beds- A bathroom (about 5m2) including a sink, a shower and a toilet with a washing machine available.
NB: Access to the house by a stony dirt road for about 500 meters (I pass with my clio without worries while driving at a walking pace).
Facilities and conditions:
-electricity/water/gas and electric heating included in the price of the stay (except electric car charging).
-large gas plancha.
-SPA heated jacuzzi(acts as a heated pool or hot tub, available from May to October).
-free parking space on site.
-sheets 15€ per bed optional.
