About this house rental
Located in central Florida, this 2,000 sq ft 3/2 sits on 2.5 acres on a very secluded road about 7 miles from downtown Leesburg. Beautiful Oak and Magnolia Trees are abundant providing shade and a very private setting. There are very few other houses in sight on this dead-end road. The spacious yard provides ample parking for MANY vehicles and boats/ trailers. I once had five trucks and five boats on trailers which all easily parked/maneuvered in the yard. The pole barn allows undercover parking that has a concrete floor and electric.
Inside, the master bedroom/bathroom is more like a suite with a bathtub and shower that has two shower heads. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is also a Twin bed in an additional room at the end of house which is like a second Livingroom. All bedrooms have very sizeable walk-in closets. I have a very nice Queen Size Aero blow up bed that is provided if needed. One of the couches in the living room is an oversized electric recliner with two positions that will go almost flat
A Washer and Dryer are on site. The kitchen is completely stocked. Also provided are sheets, towels and extra pillows. The house has Wifi and Dish TV of which I can subscribe to specific channels if needed.
This house is very close to Leesburg, The Mission Inn and Mt Dora. It is about 1 hour from Disney and one and a half hours from either the east or west coasts of Florida. Close by is the West Orange bike path that safely goes throughout the center of the state for almost a hundred miles. This path is perfect for all pedal biking, walking, running or Rollerblading, etc. Near to the house are several public boat ramps that allow access to many of the Lakes and their creeks that connect them. Close by is Ocala National Forest that is not only a state park but one that has trails for ATV's and dirt bikes.
People think of Disney when they think of central Florida but there is so much more to do than just that and this house will put you right in the middle of it all. I will gladly give weekly or monthly rates if someone is interested. Rates are based on a two-person occupancy. Additional fees will be applied for reservations greater than two people. Local taxes are not included in rental rate.

Very nice home. Plenty of room for parking. My cousin and I stayed for a fishing tournament and had no issues parking our boats/trucks.

We've stayed at this location twice now and both times were great with no issues whatsoever. This is a wonderful home in a great location, secluded but convenient to everything in the area. Well furnished and appointed with all the necessities as well as many other conveniences. Beds were comfortable, temperature was perfect, everything was easy. We will absolutely stay again.

This house is just what we were looking for for our tournament on the Harris Chain. Plenty of room inside with all the amenities. The best part is that we were able to park 4 trucks and attached boat trailers in and around the open garage without having to unhook!! We will be back!!
