Florida room: Foosball table, views of the SHARED pool (unheated), backyard, screen porch. Parking pads, circle driveway, room for dozens of cars, RVs, or boats and trailers, no unhitching necessary. Caretaker on premises in a separate area isolated from main house, no interaction necessary. Close to lakes, Venetian Park, Downtown Leesburg, Mall. One hour from Disney. No pets. No parties,

We picked this location as a midpoint between our planned activities and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space and a private pool with one hour travel to Orlando.

Had Kids AAU basketball tourney in Tavares so stayed at this Leesburg house. Home is spacious and was.good for the fam to get back and relax once we returned from a day of bball. The house had eveything we needed for our stay except real time tv. Downtown

There were so many bugs that it made it uncomfortable. We could not use the pool after desk due to the number of bugs swarming the area. When we woke up in the morning there were dead bugs all over the counters and floors. They need to do major exterminating. We were left with one and a half rolls of toilet paper and a half a roll of paper towels for a 3-day stay. I contacted the property owner and he took care of replenishing our toilet paper and paper towels. When I tried to reach the property manager I got no response. This is a shared property so it is not private pool access. The other guest left their dirty clothes laying around the pool area. We did get complimentary coffee and sugar. If it weren't for the bugs I would come back.
