About this apartment rental

Charming and comfortable bright corner apartment of 57 m² air-conditioned with private garden and terrace of 40 m2 located on the ground floor of a residence, 500m from the beaches and the center of Juan les Pins, 400m from La Pinede and 240m from the Palais des Congrès. Composed of a room with 1 double bed and a large living room with 2 convertible armchairs. Bed linen and 1 set of 2 sheets per person will be provided per stay. Your personalized welcome will be provided by Prestige Appartement Cleaning (PAC) located in Juan les Pins.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading to a large lounge - dining room - kitchen for 4 guests with comfortable convertible sofa bed for 1 person, and a convertible sofa bed for 1 person.
The American kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The whole opening on the garden with a terrace allowing you to have lunch or to rest in a deckchair taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The hall also overlooks the toilet and a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons 180cm x 200cm and beautiful storage spaces.
The Italian shower room is adjacent to the bedroom.
The apartment offers all the comfort for your tourist or professional stays.

Arrival: Arrival times will be from 14:00 to 19:30
Arrivals will be by appointment by PAC. PAC will contact you to arrange with you the time of your arrival for a question of organization. In the event of a significant delay not justified by you, this expectation will be invoiced at the hourly rate of application.
Arrivals after 19:30 and up to 21:00 maximum can be made upon payment of an extra fee of EUR 50 for late arrival to be paid in cash to the PAC representative at the time of your arrival.
No arrival will be made after 21:00.
Departure: The departure times will be from 8:00 to 11:30.
The departures will be made by appointment by PAC following the schedule of the day from 08:00 to 11:30 maximum.
We are relieved of all liability in case of forgetting personal effects.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit to be paid in addition: 400 EUR per stay.
Owner Cancellation Policy:
100% of the rental price is refunded upon cancellation made at least 30 days before your arrival.
50% of the rental price is refunded upon a cancellation made at least 14 days before your arrival.
The state of the places of entry and exit will be made by PAC, our agent: the apartment must be left in the same condition as at its reception; empty dishwasher, emptied bins, no waste.
The apartment will have been cleaned before your arrival and will be cleaned the day of your departure.
The damage found will be entirely your responsibility.

Appt coquet, joliment décoré, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel, avec un joli petit rez de jardin mais, hélas, extrêmement BRUYANT car situé au RDC en bordure de l'avenue des Sables, artère de liaison entre Antibes et Juan les Pins. Ainsi, chaque jour, ce sont 300 à 600 voitures, camions, bus, cars, motos, scooters qui passent, en fonction des heures, certains en faisant ronfler les moteurs, d'autres à des vitesses (très) excessives. En conséquence, il est impossible de petit déjeuner sans un casque anti bruit ! Quant à profiter des transats pour une petite sieste ou un moment de lecture, n'y pensez même pas. Cela est bien dommage et gâche l'effort du propriétaire pour une décoration et un équipement soignés et de belle qualité.
