About this apartment rental

This duplex property is located in arguably one of the best locations on the Riviera. Antibes is a vibrant seaside town all year round, famous for its old town, restaurants, Picasso museum and provençal market. It makes an ideal base for exploring the Riviera, located between Nice and Cannes and just 20 minutes from Nice airport.

Duplex apartment in a small exclusive residence in a residential area just 350m from the sandy beach, bakery, restaurants and a few local shops. It's just a 10 mins walk to either Antibes or Juan les Pins.

The nearest station is 10 mins walk where you can get to all the towns along the coast such as Cannes, Nice, Villefranche, Menton, Monte Carlo and further afield into Italy.

This 2-storey property has been decorated in a contemporary style and is located in a building overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful art deco main residence building. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area consists of a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and lounge area which overlooks the private terrace to the rear. The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher plus two fridges. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The private garden runs to the side and rear of the property and is an ideal place for sitting in the sun on one of the sun loungers or eating alfresco under the large sun shade. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and spacious shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, white modern furniture and large integral wardrobes. The front bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool. The bedroom at the back has a king-sized bed and overlooks private gardens.

Features include: shared swimming pool, secure underground private garage, private terrace/garden, WiFi, TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, radio, coffee-machine, cot, high-chair.

Bed linen and towels are included for an additional charge of 38€ per person. Cleaning charge is €85 which includes a high standard of cleanliness. Keys can be picked up before 8pm. Changeover day is Mon-Sat and usually Saturday only during Jul-Aug, but other days may be possible so please enquire.

Lovely property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, old Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were quite large, and the AC worked really well (important during the summer in the south of France). We have two children so the pool was a major plus. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Everything was just as expected and the location is brilliant just 300 metres from the beach. Only problem is that there are people who live in properties in the same area that are very rude and have no manners. But dont let this put you off as we really loved it.
