建物、廊下等は少し古いイメージと匂いがしましたが部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。ベットも寝心地良かったです。小さいですが冷蔵庫もよく冷えます。
ロビーにある自販機もよく冷えてました。朝ごはんも美味しかったですね。駅近なので飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーも徒歩圏内にあり困りませんでした。
全体的に古い感じがしました。ロビーと廊下が少し照明が暗いと思います。
あまり明るくすると 古さが目立つのかも…
水周りは まぁ新しいホテルではないので こんなものかと。シャワーの勢いは抜群でした。

七階でしたが、窓からの見晴らしもよかった。
防音もよい方で、外部の音も気にならなかった。
ユニットバスでしたが、バスタブにお湯が溜めやすく、ゆっくり浸かることができた。
コーヒーのサービスや自販機などが、一階にしかないため、やや不便な感じがした。

施設、設備は、古かったのですが、綺麗にしてあった。
水廻り、特に水栓が古く水を止めるために、かなりキツく締めないと止まらない。
