The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet part of town but still close to the city centre. Less than 10 minutes and you're in the middle of the city. There is a tram line just outside which is very convenient to move around. The owner was very friendly and helpful giving us some local knowledge. He let us check in early when we arrived and he also let us check out late, holding our bags as our train wasn't until 9pm.
The room has everything you need, cold air conditioning, lots of soap, shampoo, body wash, dish washing liquid, nice tea and coffee too. It was clean and smelled very fresh when we arrived. The apartment building is very quiet so you can have a good night sleep. Speaking of sleep, the bed is huge and comfortable. The shower was hot and with good water pressure. It was a 10/10 stay!

Great location, 24h shop just accross the road, in walking distance from the center, typical Odessa inner yard.
Lack of bigger caps for the tea.

Nice big apartment, very clean high quality and comfortable.
Apartment is ok but there was missing cups, salt and event toilet paper. Also close there is a building 24h making big noice.
