Great location is the city center, while in a queit and nice area. Just 5 minutes walking from all the main attractions of the city. Easy parking, easy finding. The appartment is neat and clean, well equipped. All the furniture is new. The appartment isn't that big, but just enough for two, and surely great value for money. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. I highly reccomend the place to all my friends.

I had several travel delays, and had to change my arrival time serval times at the last minute. No issues, changes were accepted until flights finally got me into Odessa. Very easy fast communication.
Second set of towels would have been nice touch, but not a deal breaker for me.

I loved the Sergey, the owner of this studio. He was extremely helpful. He had thought about all the details in the room. There was everything you need, even more than what you have in a hotel room. The internet speed was very high, I managed to Skype very easily.
When the other rooms use air conditioning in winter (which is not necessary most of the time), there is some noise in the room. Other than this, everything was perfect.
