Home is located in a quiet desirable neighborhood walking distance to Desert Breeze Park. Completely Renovated from inside and out with brand new furniture and appliances. Warm & inviting interior with over 2,400 sqft. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bedroom has a California King, two of the secondary bedrooms are queens and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a aero bed in the middle bedroom closet. Home has desktop with printer/scanner combo, wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, Netflix, HBO, Showtime and a ton more channels! Backyard is a paradise oasis with pool, waterfall, heater, built in bbq and ample seating all throughout the yard.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy, and they responded quickly to our questions. Plenty of room for our family, and the kids loved spending time in the pool. Location was great, and not too far from any thing around town.

Quiet neighborhood. Great location for doing MORE than just the “Vegas” thing. Close to freeways for getting out to Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and just minutes from Red Rock Canyon. Convenient to regular stores for groceries, fast food, restaurants, etc. House is a little dated but everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have cooked a holiday meal for many without sweating it. Could have used a heads up that shampoo and soaps were not included but not a show-stopper. And of course the Strip is only a few minutes away for all the other stuff that folks like to do.

The property was listed incorrectly. Online it says 3678 Luminal Ln but it is in fact 3687. The pool was dirty upon arrival; Walmart bag in the pool along with a bunch of wood and dust and bugs. The trash bins were full completely; had to take it out to the curb. We never got a notification from either host about check in instructions; nor check out instructions. I had to reach out both times. We weren’t even aware that it was two hosts and only one of them were listed.
Aside from these, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were enough beds and bathrooms for our big group, and the house itself wasn’t bad.
