Great walkable location close to restaurants and LBTS. Property was clean and has everything necessary. My only issue were the beds and couch. Mattresses are not comfortable and the couch needs to be replaced with much more updated model. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. Just needs to be made more comfortable.

Loved the location in Lauderdale at the Sea. It was truly wonderful to be able to stroll to so many kinds of restaurants and the beach. The city is so beautiful with color and light. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The full sized laundry was a great perk. We sat outside with coffee every morning. And listened to the birds and enjoyed the gardens.

I'm so glad I found this property. It's a one level duplex on a nice corner lot. It has a homey, cozy feel to it. Beach is a 5 minute walk and Publix 12 minutes. I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up staying another week in the other unit as mine was booked for the following week. The property has great landscaping with mango trees (ripe in summer), tons of aloe plants and some other edible plants the host Winston will be glad to show you. Winston was an incredible host, going out of his way to please you. I will definitely be back.

The property is an 8 min walk to the beach. There is also a kids playing only 4 min walk. The restaurants are so so close and go from super casual walk in pizza to nicer places. Alot of family friendly places. We found the beach was much less crowded if you go to the right of the pier. Host was quick yo respond and allowed an early check in which we appreciated. House was cool and clean. Ac works great. No complaints at all. Exactly what we wanted from a beach vacation

A great find. We went to visit family in Ft Lauderdale and took advantage of its beach-side location. This rental was an unexpected wonderful surprise. Beyond comfortable. A great privacy porch in a busy town. A caring giving owner that is the reason this place is good as it is. I cant imagine anyone not loving it.

Had a nice week staying at this property. Very nice to be able to walk to everything in town... restaurants, farmer's market, beautiful beach. Also not far to Marco Island area (2 hours), bike riding on Key Biscayne, South Beach (both about 1 hour), etc. Enjoyed the Fort Lauderdale water taxi and definitely recommend lunch at El Camino on Las Oras Blvd. Cute, comfortable, convenient place to stay. Very nice, responsive owner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Winston was an excellent host and very responsive. Restaurants and beach a 3 minute walk. Some people complain about the $7.00 charge to fish on the pier but for the whole day it could be worse. You would pay more at te store tat the fish you would catch. Plenty of restaurants. There was a bit of a crowd and it wasnt even tourist season so anticipate a crowd if you are planning a visit during the peak tourist months. Would recommend.

The property was well represented in the ad, with lots of photos and good descriptions. I really appreciated the thick towels and linens, and the beds were super comfortable - much better than the Hilton hotel we stayed in on the long drive home. The beach towels were a nice touch, and the beach chairs, boogie board, and umbrella were unexpected and very much appreciated. I cooked thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, and we ate our thanksgiving there in the dining room, just the 3 of us. I spent many hours sitting on the lovely little patio, knitting and relaxing. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the shopping / bar district by the beach. There is a grocery store a half a mile away, a walgreens a few blocks away. I was very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

This has a great location, not far from the beach (walkable) and restaurants are very close as well. When we walked in, the placed smell fresh- you can tell that cleanliness is important. Which we are thankful for in this time of COVID. It's a really nice space, great landscape- there are mango trees, and lemongrass bushes. It was a nice escape. The host is very kind. We will definitely come back to this location. My only compliant is that there is no TV in the bedrooms.
