About this lodge
The guest suite with it's open plan design has a spacious accommodating feel which communicates directly to the rear garden and patio area. The suite has been built to a high standard with particular attention regarding the insulation materials which privides a cool living space in the summer and warm and cosy space in the winter. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 large double rooms and a smaller room with the bunk beds. The suite offers a fully fitted family sized bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub, w.c. and sink . The covered patio area has a billiard table and seating area for dining out which overlooks the garden where you can find different zones including the BBQ area, darts, exterior shower and a utility room.
The 8 x 4 meter pool which is private and non shared is located on the superior level of the plot it is a secluded area and surrounded by trees.

After a 4 night stay in busy Valencia we retired to this beautiful Villa in the hills above the town of Xativa for some R&R. The photos don’t do the property justice - from being welcomed at the gate to being given a detailed tour of the property and how everything worked. Dan the host is a star, the perfect balance between keeping out of the way for our privacy and always being just a quick WhatsApp message away from answering any of our daft questions “how do we open the washing machine”! We spent our time balanced between the pool which sits on a terrace above the property and visiting the nearby town for sightseeing and eating out. Highly recommend and thank you Dan again for making our stay so enjoyable

Daniel's property could not have been more perfect for the holiday I had in mind. I wanted to escape to a place with a big group of friends for a memorable birthday - and the villa absolutely delivered in every way! The private mountain setting is great, super-relaxing; the house itself had all the space we needed (and more) - and we especially loved the terraces where we spent most of the evening time. Daytime was spent around the pool area which is really well maintained and a superb sun-trap (suntans all round!). You do need a car to get into town to stock up on food and drink, but the journey itself, up and down the winding mountain roads, is a memorable experience in itself! Daniel was on call for anything and everything we needed (car transfers and shopping advice mostly) and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We didn't want to leave.
