Nice and cosy in the silent heart of the mountains

Very nice rural location in a cosy place. If you like remote locations far away from the busy, crowded places, this is the one you are looking for. Very clean and well maintained.

Internet can be improved. Not for those that don't like to travel 1,5h to the nearest lake Garda locations.

Lovely cosy and quiet place in excellent location.Tasty breakfast made of local products,friendly and helpful staff. Thank you very much for making our stay the one to remember.

This wasn't a downside for us personally but there was no TV in the room.And one more thing to consider when booking room is that hotel is located high up in the mountains and to get there by car you will need to drive about 15km on a twisty narrow mountain road with some sharp bends.But if you love driving-it's really well worth it-views are stunning 😍

Amazing refuge in the mountains

It was incredible !!! The place is amazing, full of history (as you can see in the photos in the restaurant). The staff is incredibly friendly and always available. The views around the "Albergo" are breathtaking. It felt like home, the reception, the food, the smiles... If you are looking for a memorable experience, just go !!!

Astonishing mountain views and relax

The Albergo Alpino da Tullio is quite a place. It's located 20 km from Avio city center and the road to reach is immerse in mountain nature, but be careful: it's a two lane mountain road with quite a number of hairpin turns, overhang/cliffs and exposed rocks. If You suffer vertigo or you are not an experience driver, choose another place. Regardless of the road, the hotel is very peaceful and welcoming, the room are spacious, clean and well kept. The hosts are gentle and quite informative. We had a simple Italian breakfast with home made cakes and I highly recommend their cheese and cured meats (DELICIOUS). The area offer quite a number of trekking routes.

The shower is a tiny small, but the bathroom is very functional

Beautiful view and special treatment!

It’s a nice place to enjoy a mountain view. We were treated nicely and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we even had freshly made cake every day of our stay! Lovely.

Un vero luogo autentico! Qui non c’è la tv , qui non ci sono 5 stelle , qui ci sono camere spartane , pulite e con un servizio di 2 signore autentiche come il loro cibo e la loro accoglienza. Qui c’è la tranquillità e la bellezza dei di torni. Qui c’è la vera montagna !

Viaggio all' insegna del relax

Quello che ci è piaciuto di più è sicuramente la qualità del cibo. È tutto fatto a mano come una volta e si sente! Lo Staff tutto in famiglia è molto accogliente, ti fanno sentire come a casa. La pace fa da sovrana, veramente molto bello.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, posso dire che non sono molto attrezzati per bimbi piccoli piccoli (la mia piccolina ha 8 mesi), ma comunque avevamo tutto noi quindi non ci è pesato.

L'ambiente pulito e la camera spaziosa

La posizione, a 33km dal centro di Avio sperduto trai monti e non era segnalata la distanza nella prenotazione,non una casa, nulla solo.natura.Va bene per chi vuole fare escursioni,ma non per gente che non può muoversi, oltre all'albergo intorno solo prati e boschi . Nemmeno la TV. .Nessun appoggio per saponi in doccia,nessun aggancio per asciugamani in bagno. Inoltre nei servizi si diceva ascensore, invece non c'era,due piani di scale a piedi. La colazione abbastanza semplice torta fatta in casa pane, burro, marmellata, possibilità a richiesta di affettati o formaggio,non c'era un buffet a disposizione,mancava frutta o eventuali spremute o succhi. La titolare era comunque una signora gentile, la struttura ben tenuta, ma non è adatta a ospiti non più giovani . Io mi sentivo fuori dal mondo, di notte non una luce intorno,se succede qualcosa presumo che per emergenza può arrivare solo.elicottero o ci vorrebbe più di mezz'ora solo partendo da Avio in auto. Sono circa 15 anni che prenoto con booking mi sono sempre trovata bene, di solito viene indicata la distanza dal centro.qui diceva solo la località....e presumevo fosse una frazione, invece non si arrivava mai.... Esperienza per me decisamente negativa.

3 giorni in paradiso

Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo giro in moto e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 gg ed abbiamo cenato sempre in struttura. OTTIMO! Cucina casalinga semplice e genuina Il personale è super gentile, l'ambiente grande e pulito. È un vero paradiso per rilassarsi. Vicino alla seggiovia che porta sul monte Balbo. Ottimo anche per i motociclisti, ci hanno tenuto le moto in garage chiuso. Strade panoramiche mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo e spero di poterci tornare il prossimo anno con i miei amici.

Das kleine Hotel ist in den Bergen, ca.1 Stunde Fahrtzeit bis zu Gardasee.. Der Weg ist sehr spannend:D Es war einfach, aber sauber.. Die Besitzerin des Hotels war sehr freundlich:)

Beim Frühstück wäre Saft oder Wasser nicht schlecht.. und Wlan ist sehr schwach.. 4G-5G könnte man nur im 2.Stock zwischendurch haben.. wir hatten zum Glück das Zimmer im 2.Stock:)

Albergo molto confortevole, personale gentilissimo. Cena con menù sempre vario e deliziosa. Si trova immerso in una natura stupenda, nella zona si può fare trekking, ci sono percorsi davvero interessanti.

Oben Speck und Ziegenkäse und unten Aperol und Palmen.

Familiär geführte Almwirtschaft, die alles bietet, was man als Wanderer braucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren entlang des Gardasees. Das deftige Frühstück wird nach den Wünschen der Gäste serviert, wobei kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Man fühlt sich gut betreut und wird auch zu möglichen Touren und Zielen gern beraten. Besonders eindrucksvoll war der Kontrast zwischen der Einsamkeit oben und dem Treiben unten am Gardasee, den man nach kurzer Wanderung mit der Panoramagondel über Malcesine erreicht.

Von der Autobahn in Avio ist es fast eine Stunde hinauf ins Montebaldo-Massiv. Dort oben gibt es deshalb außer Ruhe nicht viel. Das muss man wissen, wenn man oben mehrere Tage verbringen will.

La mia recente esperienza presso l'Albergo Alpino da Tullio si è rivelata estremamente deludente e, purtroppo, ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Uno degli aspetti più critici è stato il cibo. Le pietanze servite sembravano essere quasi esclusivamente precotte e riscaldate, con una qualità decisamente scarsa. La sensazione generale era quella di una cucina poco curata e priva di freschezza, il che è inaccettabile per un albergo alpino che dovrebbe valorizzare i prodotti locali e la cucina tradizionale. La quantità era inoltre scarsa, lasciandoci spesso insoddisfatti dopo i pasti. Ma la delusione maggiore è arrivata con la pulizia e l'igiene della camera. Abbiamo trovato una coperta di lana piena di peli di cane, un dettaglio che denota una grave mancanza di attenzione alla pulizia e alla sanificazione delle stanze. Questo è un problema serio, soprattutto per chi soffre di allergie o semplicemente si aspetta uno standard minimo di igiene in una struttura ricettiva. A ciò si aggiunge una serie di carenze nei servizi e nelle dotazioni della camera. Nonostante avessi specificamente chiesto di poter vedere la finale di Champions League, in camera non era presente la TV. Questa mancanza, unita all'assenza di una reception o di un telefono in camera per qualsiasi esigenza o emergenza, ha reso l'esperienza ancora più frustrante. Mancavano anche servizi base come un frigo o un bollitore, che ormai sono comuni nella maggior parte delle strutture. In generale, l'esperienza è stata pessima. Non abbiamo percepito quella cura e professionalità che ci si aspetta da un albergo. Credo che ci siano seri problemi nella gestione della cucina, nella cura delle stanze e nell'attenzione alle esigenze fondamentali degli ospiti, che necessitano di un'immediata revisione. Colazione Inadeguata in una Posizione Prestigiosa: È frustrante quando un servizio incluso nel prezzo, specialmente in una località che si aspetta di alto livello, non soddisfa le aspettative.
