About this apartment rental
Apartment in a villa of remarkable architectural value with a private entrance. Surrounded by greenery in a quiet and comfortable setting. Stunning location with an exceptional 180-degree view of the Argentario, the island of Giannutri, and the Orbetello lagoon. An excellent base for nature excursions in the Maremma (WWF reserves and oases) and cultural destinations in the ancient Etruscan territory. Possible excursions to the Tuscan archipelago. The bright apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, armchairs, and a single sofa bed; a small, fully equipped kitchen; a large double bedroom; and a bathroom with shower. It is air conditioned. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Ideal for a couple with a child. A section of the garden, furnished with a table and chairs, is reserved for guests.
The apartment has no internal stairs and is located on the same level as the furnished garden area. However, access to the front door from the gate on the street, where the car is parked, involves a short downhill section (about 13 meters) paved with stone. The slope is not suitable for wheelchairs and may create problems for people with mobility impairments.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax according to the methods established by the Municipality of Orbetello. The tax in 2025 was €3.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
Children under 14 and non-self-sufficient disabled guests, including one companion, are exempt from the tax. You will be issued a receipt for the amount paid, which I will transfer to the Municipality of Orbetello. For your convenience, we ask you to pay in cash.

There are some nice beaches nearby,
Orbetello, 10 min, is a juwel, very authentic, old little town. In june, before season starts, very quiet, people are super relaxed and friendly.
The description of the vacation is 100% okay, we loved this private, personal and unique style. The nice lady, our host, was super friendly . Definitely one of the places, you will never forget. I remember the beautifull view to the postiert island, in the night you see the light of Porto Ercole and Orbetello …. piece of paradise…

We had a Lovely time. The house is beautiful, clean, breezy. The view is stunning and the host is kind and readily available. I would definitely recommend it

We had a very nice time in the house, which is situated on the hill and thus offers a splendid view on the sea. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden offers a table and chairs for spending time in the shadow with a very nice view. Walking distance to sandly beach is about 20 min.
Not very touristic place, at least in June -beginning of July. No crowds on the beach.
