About this cottage rental
The House of the Atlantic - Local lodging, is located in a quiet area, where the sea is a permanent company and the rest a reality.
The villa of typology T4 houses up to 10 people. It has a large garden, with direct access to natural pools and coast (south), as well as being located just 1.5 km from the bathing area of the beaches of Pópulo and Milícias. Trade and services (restaurants, supermarket, bars, etc) are also very close to the same.
The House of the Atlantic is fully furnished and equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washing machines, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, iron, etc.) bedding, towels and all the necessary elements for a good stay of our guests, including, maid service and change of bed linen.

Our host was amazing! We arrived with our rental car and Antonio was fabulous as well as entertaining which was a plus. He showed us all the rooms and the layout, then explained what we needed to make our week comfortable, which was to just relax and take a walk behind the house, along the rocks to a tide pool. The view as described is better in person. Sitting on the second floor balcony and taking in the ocean was THE BEST! He gave us restaurant recommendations and we really loved Bar Caloura. What a week! Thank you again Antonio, we’ll miss you!

We stayed at the Atlantic House from March 11th to March 17. The villa site was perfect, the view is amazing. Waking up and enjoying the sunrise from our balcony was precious. My husband and my stepson (10 yr old)spent lots of time on adventures on the ocean side. The accommodations were great. We did most of our food prep at the villa and because the weather was fantastic, we were able to use the outdoor fire pit.
Unfortunately the washer which is at the end of the property in an other building didn't spin, so we had to do it by hand and the clothes did not dry very well, also the neigbouring home has 2 dogs which they leave outside and spend their days and night in a cage. They barked and whined every night so we were not able to leave any windows open at night. It did impede on our sleep and rest.
