Great property and location

Loved the property and location! The property rental agency met us at the location and were very helpful.

It doesn’t mention until you book, the rental agency only provides 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (no matter how long you stay) ; 1 washing machine pod and no paper towels. This was minimal compared to our other stays in Switzerland and Italy.

Stay at loft apartment high Rimaye

I am very pleased with my trip, stay, location. Beautiful panoramic wiev from the kitchen and lounge. A little struggle to get back to apartment from the town up hill. For older people wouldn't recommend but it was worth every penny.

We had to take all rubbish every day on the way to town. Specially we're struggling on the way to airport with luggage and binbags. Pillows should be washed before new customers arrival as I smell sweat. Otherwise everything is great.

I like the panoramic views all over the apartment Everything u need is in this apartment Washing machine,kettles ,kitchen ware ,x box for kids, towels shampoo ironing etc Very cozy place Amazing view on Mont-Blanc mountain 5 minutes walk l to the cable car that take u to prevent mountain and on the way to cable car there is activity centre where u can do paragliding

3.WARNING 1.Going to the apartment is extremely exhausting Its literally up hill hiking Going up and down every day was very tiering 2.no AC so u get extremely hot while sleeping even if weather was raining few hrs ago u get extremely hot while opening windows is another problem at night because of insects and mosquitoes 3.u cant open low light at night and open windows cause u will see kind of insects that u never saw in ur life because light attract insects U have to watch ur tv with extreme dark atmosphere Not to mention closing windows while sleeping to not get bitten by mosquitoes Solutions 1. sieve on the windows will solve the insect problem so u can open windows at night and have a good sleep Solution 2.portable AC is very easy solution nowadays

Cosy and spacious apartment for a family ski trip.... in a really convenient location

Great to have three bedrooms for our family of four, and space to spread out! Really close to the main town of Chamonix - easy to reach ski hire, shops and restaurants (although its down a v steep hill!) Convenient 5 min walk to the Planpratz ski lift - although it's a steep uphill walk! Very well equipped for cooking and a. nice big dining table Lovely mountain view

The basement ski storage was a bit of a mess with old building materials etc and not really anywhere organised to put things, or to sit and change boots etc. We ended up leaving our skis and boots in the car. It could do with a tidy up! First impressions not the best - the parking area and outside of the building looked scruffy, the ground floor lobby and stairs up to the apartment weren't very clean. Stairs in desperate need of a hoover as there was lots of mud and leaves. Seating in the living area wasn't comfortable.

Very nice unit, but we had concerns regarding the proprietor's competence / honesty.

The unit itself was as advertised, with updated appliances and bathrooms. This unit would probably be fine for a younger client for a summer or winter active getaway.

The proprietor's competence / honesty is questionable. 1) Upon arrival, there was major renovation work taking place on an adjacent building with much noise and equipment in our parking area, which we should have told about. The contractor came on his own to apologize to us, and assured us that he notified the proprietor of this project prior to its start 2 weeks earlier. The proprietor told us that they only learned about the project 2 days earlier. 2) The exterior access stairs were encrusted with pigeon droppings. The proprietor told us that the stairs were cleaned weekly, but assured us that it would be cleaned up as it made access to the unit difficult, especially with luggage. The stairs were never cleaned during our stay. 3) The proprietor stressed that as the unit was in a shared structure, we needed to be quiet out of respect for the other tenants. During our stay, one of the tenants kept us awake until 2:am with loud thumping music and partying. Please note that this property is located up a steep hill from town; if you have young legs, the climb should be no problem. If you have any age, respiratory, and / or orthopedic issues, you may want to reconsider renting this unit.

Didn’t realise extent of hill to get to apartment from town. A big challenge for some of us older skiers. Also emptying the bins at the bottom of the hill was a 30 min round trip

Breaktaking views, close to town, can't wait to return.

Location was very close to the Brevent lift. Easy access to the mountain and hiking trails. Also a beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the kitchen. Apartment was a perfect stay for our family of 6. We can't wait to return!
