Die Lage war perfekt 👌
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine Fenster zum öffnen. Auf der Terrasse hatte man die Abluft vom Restaurant (unten im Haus), daher war es oft laut.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Bahnhof, Strand, Supermarkt und vielen kleinen Geschäften des Dorfzentrums, vielseitige Ausstattung, große & helle Wohnfläche mit Dachterrasse, sehr gute Kommunikation der Vermieterin
teilweise renovationsbedürftig, zum Verkauf stehend.

Die zentrale Lage. Nahe zum Strand, ca 300 m. Die Zugstation ist in der Nähe und leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Shopping-Geschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Treppe in der Diele zum Apartment. Sehr schmale Stufen, als älterer Mensch muss man sehr vorsichtig gehen und das Geländer benutzen. Eine Katastrophe ist die Toilette. Sehr klein und schmal. Beim Sitzen ist kein Platz mehr und behindert das Aufstehen und die Körperpflege. Auf der Terrasse ist der Abzug des Restaurants vom Erdgeschoß montiert und führt großflächig nach oben über das Dach. Neben dem Vibrieren und dem Geräuschpegel werden während des Gebrauchs auch Gerüche abgegeben. Vom Restaurant gehen wenige Geräusche aus, dafür hört man jeden Schritt der Bewohner im Dachgeschoss durch Knarren und der geringen Isolierung.
